I have been snooping online again. I know there are a lot of you "Do it yourselfers" out there that are interested in finding your way through Taiwan adoption with out an agency or an organization. With the recent facelift (to be announced in full later) that Taiwan orphanages are "possibly receiving" via their regulations and qualifications for Adoptive parents, the Taiwan boards are busting at the seems of families waiting for referrals and some are starting to worry. If you are looking into other avenues you are not alone. I have received several emails in the last several days of those wishing to know more about the world of "independent adoption:Via Beautiful Formosa". Do you have any resources that are in the Taichung area, (central Taiwan) both Christian and non-Christian?
The information on your blog is from 2008. Is the information still the same for today? Is Taiwan still open for independent adoptions? Thanks!
