Special needs little girl needs a home!

Hello families!
Do you have room in your heart for a special needs little girl from Taiwan???? She is said to be delightful and funny.
Her name is Li Wen, This picture does not do her justice! She has cerebal palsy and walks with braces, though she can get around and feed herself and such. She is not wheelchair bound. She is currently functioning at the level of a 3yr old (at last evaluation). Her grandparents are taking care of her and want to find a home for her before they pass away.
They are not sure if Li can function at a higher level or not. She may be able to blossom into so much with the right family to guide and love her. Grandma and Grandpa don't want her institutionalized, they want her in a home that will love her and get her the therapy and education she needs to do her best. She is a sweetie.
