A BROTHER FOR YOU! ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Please keep in mind that we are doing a private adoption, therefore are in a MUCH smaller waiting pool than agency adoption.


So, many of you know that my husband and I requested a girl quite humbly, BUT we have recently found that God had other plans. I know you probably weren't expecting an announcement from us about a referral this soon but hey, God works in mysterious ways!!! We are so blessed and just can't hide our little almost one month old secret any longer. So, here I am to tell the world. Not only, that we are we not adopting a girl this round, we already have our child identified!!!!! His name is *drum roll please*
Josiah Daniel
That's right. Josiah was born in Ping Tong county, Taiwan on March 29th, 2008, a whopping 5.5 lbs in weight, lots of hair and sweet as can be. He is staying with missionary friends for now, and we are so happy and blessed to have him in such a warm and loving Christian home!!!! We have already received referral pics and an update but were waiting for the right time to share our little one with you all. Josiah is truly a miracle baby, being born in almost NO amniotic fluid. He is 1/4 or so aborigine. We do not know as of yet which tribe or even if birth mom knows. He is in great health and we are told he is a good baby! He has tried to coo twice, scaring himself at the sound of his own voice. He is drinking 4-5 ounces of formula every 3 hours and is also learning how to smile. So, without further ado we introduce Josiah Daniel to you!
